My Delivery hasn’t Arrived


If your delivery has not arrived to you within our usual stated delivery times, please contact us at slabrecordsuk@gmail and someone will get back to you very quickly.




How Can I Cancel My Order?


Please contact us as soon as possible at slabrecordsuk@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order. If it has not already gone out for delivery we will be able to refund you straight away and cancel the order, if the item is already out for delivery we will need you to return the item to us to be able to claim a refund. Again please contact us and one of our team will be on hand to help you.




What is your Returns Policy?


If you are unhappy with your product and wish to return it for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will ask you to return the item before we can send a full refund.




How do you Grade your Records?


We grade our products using the Discogs Grading System. Each record will be graded by the coding it has in the product description. Further details on our grading system can be found here:
